About Us

The Laboratoire de Génie Biologique (LGB), led by Professor Fatiha Chigr at Sultan Moulay Slimane University in Beni Mellal, is a multidisciplinary research center dedicated to advancing biological sciences.

The lab’s research spans various fields of biology, with a strong focus on neuroscience, stress physiology, and behavioral biology. LGB explores how the brain and body respond to stress, aiming to better understand the biological foundations of mental health and adaptation.
